Let’s have some fun reading!          

As part of the Booktrust’s Pyjamarama day, I thought it would be fun to join in. It’s really easy!                                  

1. Stay in your pyjamas.                   

2. Share your favourite stories with your family members.             

(Adults encourage your children to retell the story using the pictures and use their phonic knowledge to find sounds and words that they know).                    

3. Draw the front cover of your favourite book and/or write a simple book report telling us what you like about the book, what you didn’t like about the book, who was your favourite character and draw a picture of your favourite part of the story.
