Let’s start the week off with a Maths Scavenger Hunt.
Using objects found in your house, can you find the answers to...
1. Find 2 pencils and 1 blue crayon. How many items do you have now?
2. Find 5 blocks and 2 pennies. How many items do you have now? Take away 3 blocks. How many items left?
3. Find 4 socks and 2 stuffed animals. How many items do you have all together?
4. Find 8 sweets. Eat 4 of them. How many are left?
5. Find 3 spoons, 4 books and 1 orange crayon. How many items do you have all together?
(Don’t worry if you can’t find the exact objects, just use what objects you have at home)
